Linen fabric is made from the flax plant, flax doesn’t require any chemicals to be produced into linen fabric and the fabric itself is fully biodegradable if no chemicals are used in the making.
Unlike many other natural fibers, every part of the flax can be used, which means there is minimal waste in the production of linen. An example of common products that come from flax are flax seeds, food supplements & flaxseed oil.

Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex Certificate:
Linen is often used to produce everyday goods, like linen clothing, linen bedding, or home linen. Most of these products are created for day-to-day use. OEKO-TEX® certified linen ensures the goods are safe to use in contact with human skin (with a condition that any other parts of the product are safe, too). This is especially important when creating products for children and people with sensitive skin or skin allergies.
EUROPEAN FLAX® Certificate:
EUROPEAN FLAX® label certifies traceability at each step of the processing – from sowing and growing flax to making the fabric to sewing the final linen tablecloth. This means that each step is thoroughly inspected, ensuring that all the parties involved in the process commit to certain criteria of quality.
The EUROPEAN FLAX® Charter, signed by all the Flax producers, guarantees local farming that is committed to reducing the ecological footprint through zero irrigation, zero waste, and growing GMO-free.

Our mailers are made from natural materials and are fully biodegradable. Our wrapping paper is plastic-free, to reduce our plastic usage, we ship all of our goods in paper cardboard packaging or in bio mailers.
Our textile sets are sent in linen bags that are perfect for daily use. We add this extra item because we aim to have a 90% reusable packaging for the linen collection.
